I see no leads in my dashboard, is that expected?
If you have just purchased your subscription it takes us about 48 hours to collect and deliver the first set of leads to you. If it has been past 48 hours and you still see no leads, please contact support@keyleads.com.
How many leads will I receive each week?
For each subscription you should expect to receive 5 leads per week (about 20 per month).
Can I add additional zip codes?
Yes – you can add additional zip codes to your lead-receiving criteria at any time. Just log into Keyleads, and click “Add Leads” from your main dashboard page.
How do I access the integrations?
Just log in to the product via the “Login” link at the top right. Once you’re in, just click the “Integrations” button for full instructions on all of the integrations we offer.
Help! I forgot my password!
Just go to the login page via the “login” link at the top right, and click the “forgot password” link. You’ll be emailed with instructions on how to reset.
How do I cancel my subscription?
No problem. You can cancel your subscription at any time within the product. Or just send us an email to support@keyleads.com and we’ll cancel your subscription immediately.
